- Support CEO in all tasks and events requiring input & participation.
- Attend and Host monthly MLGS LMT/SDC Meeting: Extract Performance Metrics, prepare meeting pack, Take meeting minutes and coordinate/follow-up on open items with LMT members.
- Attend monthly Material Entity Service Delivery Council Business Manager meetings.
- Attend weekly EISO Risk Assessment and Change Control meeting.
- Maintain and update MLGS LMT/SDC Charters (LMT Charter - Annual Refresh Cycle, SDC Charter - As needed basis)
- Prepare and publish monthly MLGS LMT Dashboard (Monthly - Performance Metrics)
- Prepare MLGS slide for various global/regional meetings attended by MLGS CEO monthly and quarterly.
- Prepare MLGS Outsourcing Metrics Decks for Malaysia, Manila and other countries as applicable (semi-annual)
- Act as MLGS point of contact for queries relating to Statement of Work, or outsourcing/insourcing matters.
- Manage MLGS Communications mailbox.
- Coordinate and monitor mandatory surveys/attestations required for MLGS.
- Maintenance of all MLGS governance documents in SharePoint
