**Job Description**:
This role will be working with the Catapult Marketing team to help develop and manage creative assets and digital content for Catapult’s marketing and social media plans.
- Assist in content creation and community engagement for Catapult social media platform to drive follower acquisition and stickiness
- Create marketing content used to pitch to clients who come on the campus tour, such as sizzle reels presented on Google slide to showcase how we use the 180 and 360 rooms
- Assist in Catapult events such as learning showcases or community events, from the execution of events to content creation for social platforms and case studies from each session. These learning experiences and events could occur in in-person, virtual, or hybrid settings
- Assist in data analysis of organic and paid media campaigns
- Work with appointed agencies to produce bite-sized “campus tour” short videos (30- 60 seconds) for social media (Linked In) campaigns
- Liaise with vendors for logistic arrangements around catering, printing, event management etc.

Students from the field of Business, Marketing and/or Event Management may apply. We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, and with the following skills/ capabilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong marketing capabilities, and media expertise. Strong presentation skills, ability to work with graphics, multi-media platforms, and video editing
- Agile team player, ability to learn quickly and with a curiosity and passion for getting the job done
- Strong organization and event/project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work independently, solution orientated with a positive attitude, good initiative and sense of humour
