As a Beautician Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments and services to clients, ensuring they receive a high level of care and satisfaction. You will help clients look and feel their best, providing personalized services that enhance their beauty and well-being. _

**_Key Responsibilities: _**:

- **_Beauty Treatments: _**_Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, body treatments, and other therapeutic services as requested. _
- **_Consultation & Personalization: _**_Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs, discuss treatment options, and recommend appropriate services and products for their skin and body types. _
- **_Skin & Hair Care: _**_Provide expert advice on skincare and hair care routines, ensuring clients maintain their beauty regimen outside of the salon. _
- **_Client Experience: _**_Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for clients. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. _
- **_Product Knowledge: _**_Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings. Recommend and sell beauty products that complement treatments. _
- **_Health & Safety: _**_Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for both clients and colleagues. _
- **_Appointment Scheduling: _**_Manage client appointments, ensure timely service delivery, and minimize wait times. _
- **_Maintain Equipment & Tools: _**_Ensure all beauty tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for quality service. _
- **_Upselling Services & Products: _**_Encourage clients to book repeat services and promote related products to enhance the client experience and increase sales. _

**_Qualifications: _**:

- **_Education & Certification: _**_Relevant certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or esthetics. _
- **_Skills: _**_Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products. _
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _
- Ability to assess and understand individual client needs. _
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service. _
- Time management and organizational skills. _
