The role is in the regional compensation and benefits team and helps to drive company-wide review and implementation of C&B policies and processes, working closely with local country HR and management.

This ensures that our C&B plans are competitive in attracting, retaining and motivating the most suitable profile of Ninjas to achieve our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive review, alignment, policy development and implementation of C&B programs based on our regional compensation philosophy across countries.
- Drive regional annual salary reviews to ensure competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements
- Drive job analysis and evaluation
- Benchmark for employee benefits and salary banding, establishing frameworks for remuneration and banding structures
- Partner with business and local country HR independently to drive and implement C&B initiatives that are aligned with the organization needs i.e. revamping of benefits, harmonizing of C&B for all countries, bonus plans and incentives
- Drive periodic internal audits and prepare reports
- Consolidate and analyse employee feedback on C&B schemes, and provide recommendations on how to improve and refine existing policies

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelors Degree** in HR or related field with **4-5 years of relevant work experience** in HR environment (C&B) preferred
- Experience managing and working with multiple stakeholders
- Must be numbers-driven and analytical, proficient in **MS Excel**:
