**Regional QSHE Specialist, Asia Pacific**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Regional QSHE Specialist, Asia Pacific**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The key responsibilities of this QSHE Specialist position is assisting Brenntag Asia QSHE Leader in developing, executing, improving Regional and Global QSHE programs, processes and projects that related to Quality, Safety and Environment to ensure these are putting in place effectively by the responsible parties.

1.Work in conjunction with a direct supervisor to analyze the Regional QSHE performance and initiate relevant QSHE projects and plans for addressing the gaps and continuously improving QSHE processes and performance. This includes, but not limited to Job 7 and Miss-load programs.
2.Being a project leader for the assigned Global QSHE project, e.g., Process Safety Management, Quality management analytical platform and work closely with a direct supervisor and local QSHE leaders for ensuring that the required projects are appropriately executed with due consideration to quality, costs, timing, and safety and report the opportunities for improvement to a direct superior and relevant management.
3.Being a Regional QSHE compliance auditor to develop a regional QSHE audit plan and conduct a regular audit according to 'Five Stars Audit and relevant Global QSHE programs' to ensure the QSHE gaps of Brenntag Asia countries have been identified and brought for further improvement.
4.Being the Regional BPO-QM and work in conjunction with local and Regional SAP team members to provide training and practical Quality Management solutions for serving business and applicable requirements.
5.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**:
Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineer, or relevant degree.

**Experience**:

- 5 years of working experience in QSHE
- Working experience in the chemicals industry, and experience in being an auditor, process safety management as well as ISO certification are advantageous
- Strong computer literacy : MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Strong persuasion and presentation skills
