Singapore LINDANCE ARTS STUDIO PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the definition, design implementation, and execution of a holistic Dance studio digital strategy, integrating elements across diverse functional areas including students’ recruitment/on & off boarding, commercialization, compliance, and go-to-market approach. Align to business and set strategic imperatives.
- Conduct strategic assessments of the digital levers leveraging expertise, experience & referencing industry best practices.
- Identify the overall business value in the development of ideas or solutions. Including, but not limited to digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
- Define a specific action plan for achieving the most impact & value through implementing the digital strategy.
- Lead digital strategy-related portfolio. Define business cases for new projects and manage program and project execution according to structured best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional effort required to deliver the expected outcome from the digital strategy, championing to ensure that initiatives are included as key deliverables for all functions involved.
- Explore ideas for broader digital platform initiatives and build up a digitally powered business model as an effective value creation opportunity across the organization.
- Participate in reviews of technology solution designs, providing input to ensure best practices are being followed and that solutions are scalable, reliable & sustainable

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business/Information technology/science related field, Master in IT preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in forming and delivering IT Strategy with a particular focus on IT business development, digital transformation in APAC countries
- Experience in digital platforms, eCommerce, infrastructures, advanced data analytics, AI, and other areas of the digital spectrum including effectiveness measurement.
- Experience in building a business-aligned IT Digital Roadmap to enable the business to achieve its strategic aspirations.
- Strong experience in business case preparation.
- Self-starter, determined, culturally versatile, entrepreneurial, and results driven. A pragmatic individual who can operate independently and at all levels of the business and across all disciplines.
- Professional gravitas and strong influence skills, with personal and professional maturity.
- Ability to see and set the big picture strategy whilst remaining practical and hands-on.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations; advising and communicating with people from all levels, and the ability to articulate technology impact to business customers at all levels.
- Ability to converse, read and write in Mandarin as this role needs to report to Chinese speaking MD and all digital solutions is to be catered to Chinese speaking customers' needs in Singapore
- Comes with entrepreneurship mindset and investment or intent of being shareholder would be a plus
