**What You'll Do**
- Provide civil engineering support, by offering technical expertise and drawings for the defect’s rectification work
- Familiar and monitor compliance to local Codes & Regulations for the A&A works
- Frontline technical project management with contractors by tracking work performance, schedules, including civil works for distribution substations
- Communicate status & prepare reports on the work assignment
- Establish project governance, processes, and tracking mechanism for A&A works on distribution substations
- Constant identifying how the team is performing and address any areas of underperformance
- Identify potential problems, conflicts and compliance issues using risk management tools and skills to mitigate the impact
- Ensuring the works carried out follows and complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Accurately check and sign-off on all payment certificates and claims
- Mentor and guide the officers professionally and technically

**What You'll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in construction related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experirence
- Experience in construction, A&A projects and facility maintenance work
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
