**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service Crew to join our team at 8Knot Pte Ltd in Singapore. As an F&B Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or F&B roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
