**About This Role**

This is an opportunity to re-architect and implement the user experience and interface (UX/UI elements) of our app as we continue our services offerings evolution. This role also serves as a product manager to advise management on translating opportunities into features and functionalities which can be actually be built and suits customer journey.

We seek upbeat, and self-driven people who have worked in agile startup environments. We are looking for an individual who is equally adept at design thinking and product strategy,

**Responsibilities**:

- **Propose an overall mobile app UX experience (english). **Understand and analyze the current browser based patient experience (UX), conduct interviews with Rexmed staff to understand potential sources of customer friction currently. The mobile app should also take into consideration integration with current payment gateway and/or suggest other industry payment best practices, in view of the fact that Rexmed will start to target Chinese consumers as well
- **Utilize know UX methodologies and templates **to bake in modularity in our product offerings, so that new services can be added/configured with optimal speeds to market
- **Design UI for new feature builds, to facilitate both internal and external stakeholder discussions**:

- Conduct user interviews and analysis to future-proof the business by understanding why users prefer Rexmed and what other primary healthcare services they demand
- Serve as product manager to advise management of overall roadmaps and launch timelines

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of product management experience, or 3+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Shipped a few products requiring cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge and understanding of software development process and best practices (e.g. Scrum, Agile, etc.)
- Professional portfolio of design work
- Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups, prototypes, and style guides
- Experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web
- Ability to present work using functional prototypes built with InVision, Flinto, Principle, Framer,Figma, Axure, HTML/CSS, or similar
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities in a cross cultural environment
- Location of work - Singapore, Hybrid Work
