**Responsibilities**
- Process flow mapping and software architecture design.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation of the current technological requirements, select appropriate platforms, databases and development tools for ongoing development.
- Design and implement an ERP system to manage: CRM, inventory, logistics, imagery management, service provision and finance.
- Outline roadmaps for building the technology infrastructure from the ground up, including timelines and key deliverables.
- Oversee software development including managing external vendors and internal developers.
- Recommend commercially and technically viable ideas to improve business performance.
- Review existing data management practices and initiate measures to enhance security and compliance, particularly focusing on hardware deployment security.
- Conduct an audit of existing technology tools, platforms, and vendor relationships.
- Identify and engage with potential external partners/vendors for technology development and support.
- Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning and automation to enhance operations and customer experience.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure technology enables strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline At least 8 years of related IT experience in covering but not limited to:
- Software development
- System analysis
- Business analysis
- Solution definition
- System Testing
- Experience in logistics, arts or related fields is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully building core technology infrastructure in start-up environments.
- Expertise in ERP implementations and systems integration.
- Strong project management skills with ability to work cross functionally.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies focused on automation, AI and cloud platforms.
- Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
