**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Promoters to represent our products at Guardian stores. The Promoter will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging customers, educating them about the products, and driving sales. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively approach and engage customers to introduce and promote the brands products.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to educate customers about the benefits and usage.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Drive sales by highlighting product features and offering personalized recommendations.
- Monitor and restock product displays, ensuring they are tidy and appealing.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to the supervisor for insights and improvements.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence and a proactive attitude when engaging with customers.
- Passion for health, wellness, and retail products.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
