Having built lasting relationships with customers based on trust, assurance and delivering on every promise. **Responsibilities**: - Strong listening and probing skills to ensure that customer’s needs are amply uncovered. - Effective follow-up techniques to ensure that all lead source are well maximize. - Professional and proper sales handling at all times during every stage of the sales cycle (ie. from pre-sales, sales, to post sales stages). - Sales canvassing and sales prospecting to uncover potential customers, with the aim of conversion to a well satisfied and loyal customer. - Maintaining, developing and up keeping of relationships with new and existing customers. - Keeping abreast and staying ahead of the latest trends in the automotive scene. - Demonstrates high degree of integrity and genuineness when handling customer's queries as well as issues. - Always willing to "walk the extra mile" to improve the customers overall experience. **Job Requirements**: - Above 23yo - Minimum Post Secondary qualification - A valid Class 3 driving license - Fresh Graduates are welcomed **If You Are**: - Highly motivated - Customer centric - Goal oriented - Enjoy challenge - Able to handle stress - Positive thinking - Open minded (willingness to learn) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **We Want You Join the largest and youngest growing car sales agency now** **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Flexible schedule - Professional development Schedule: - Shift system - Weekend availability License/Certification: - Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
