**Roles & Responsibilities**

Marketing Assistant (5-DAYS WEEK)

A dynamic and growing company in Singapore CBD Business Hub area is seeking for pro-active and able to work with a team of professional with excellent marketing and customer service skills.

**Location: WeWORK at 15 Beach Road, Singapore 189677.**

**Time/Week: 9am to 6pm (5-days week)**

**Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative duties
- Able to do basic Website design
- Responsible to Social media management, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Create design for event poster (basic Photoshop skill)
- In charge of Customer Service and Relationship building maintain accounts (Data entry and Follow-up)
- Direct assist the Director and Manager meeting slides
- Well-versed in Ms-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- **Min. Local Diploma holder** with Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized
- Relevant experience will be an advantage
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task, task orientated and work independently
- Proficient in latest Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and basic Photoshop
- Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards learning
