We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floral Trainer and Assessor with expertise in both traditional flower arrangements and floral commercial displays for events such as weddings and retail settings. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of floral aesthetics and commercial floral setups who is eager to impart knowledge and skills to budding floral artisans and designers.

**Key Responsibility**
- Conduct WSQ accredited training in Flower Arrangement and Floral Commercial Display.
- Lead hands-on demonstrations and workshops, focusing on core floral design techniques, safety practices, and the setup for various events.
- Mentor and guide students, enhancing their artistic and technical abilities in floral design.
- Evaluate student performance in practical sessions and offer targeted feedback to foster improvement.
- Promote stringent safety and hygiene practices within the workshop.
- Manage the maintenance of cleanliness and safety protocols in the training environment.
- Ensure the workshop space is well-organized and that hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Supervise the maintenance and condition of all workshop tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred ACTA or ACLP certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of floral design techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A patient, passionate approach to teaching and mentoring.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic training environment.
