Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Haircuts & Grooming: Perform precision haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and industry best practices.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering friendly, personalized service, advising clients on hair and grooming trends, and ensuring their comfort throughout the appointment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including ensuring that tools, equipment, and stations are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Product Knowledge: Advise clients on haircare and grooming products, including recommending and retailing high-quality products available in the barbershop.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other barbers to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment. Train and mentor junior barbers when required.
- Appointments & Scheduling: Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring that each client is attended to in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and other shop duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barber with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the barbering industry.
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard grooming, and styling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with current trends in men’s grooming and hairstyling.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with clients.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
