Executive, Facilities and Operations

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the Facilities Team Lead in managing and maintaining the offices, laboratories, and other relevant facilities under the school's purview.- Collaborate effectively with contractors and vendors to facilitate repair, maintenance, and procurement activities.- Conduct monthly site inspections and promptly report any identified issues for resolution.- Maintain accurate records of room and working space allocation and utilization.- Manage the facilities booking system to ensure seamless operations.- Oversee the issuance of temporary security access cards to staff and visitors.- Manage inventory of supplies for offices and pantries in the school's buildings, and procure replenishment as necessary.- Ensure that office equipment such as printers are functioning optimally, and coordinate regular maintenance as required.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Team Lead.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.-
- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Prior experience in facilities management and procurement support in a tertiary education institution setting will be advantageous.
