Design, develop and validate test plans, test methods, and automated test programs for products/devices and assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Lead the deployment and qualification of new test fixtures, ensuring seamless integration into production lines.
- Perform root cause analysis of test failures and collaborate with relevants teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support debugging and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical test systems, providing engineering solutions to reduce downtime and improve yield.
- Analyze test data trends, generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve existing test fixtures, procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration activities on test equipment to uphold measurement accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor and support junior engineer and technicians by providing technical guidance and training.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes, reduce cycle time and increase throughput.
- Ensure all test operations comply with safety and cleanroom protocols.Collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet evolving test requirements and specifications.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor test engineering or a manufacturing test environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device testing principles and test equipment.
- Experience in test programming languages and platforms.
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with test data analysis, statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement methods.
- Familiarity with calibration standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
- Willingness to work shifts or extended hours during critical project phases, if required.
- Travel may be required, depending on project or customer support needs.
