**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance, and resilience, for clients
- Assess architectures and designs for security vulnerabilities; propose and build implementable alternatives for clients
- Oversee the management and remediation of identified security flaws within our development platforms
- Build and maintain monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that produces artifacts that support security and compliance needs for clients
- Explore new technology/tools to build PoC systems and eventually develop into full-fledged solutions
- Maintain the system both on-prem and on-cloud environments
- Develop programs and/or microservices to integrate tools into security systems
- Write complete technical documentation and requirement documents
- Build automation tools/apps to help with presentation of the results
- Build visualizations and present to the stakeholders
- Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes, and dependencies.

**Requirements**:
Possess the following work experience:

- Hands-on development experience in Python, object-oriented languages, and web programming
- Implementing security best practices on AWS/ Azure/ GCP/ Ali Cloud
- Implementing AWS or Azure systems, including the equivalent of AWS EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, Lambda, Security Groups, WAF, Guard Duty, Inspector, Kinesis Data Firehose
- Experience with using Git version control system
- Demonstrated capacity to learn independently with mínimal guidance on new technologies
- Experience working with any of the programming languages : Python, Javascript or any other language.
- Working knowledge of Rest API is preferred
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Able to select the best data visualization technique based on the characteristics of underlying data to illustrate to Stakeholders
- Need to have the necessary programming skills to build the visualizations
- Strong awareness of data security, data governance and performance, with an ability to deliver these key non-functional requirements
- Significant scripting experience using with Python/Javascript

Capable of demonstrating the following:

- Comfortable working in an agile environment
- Strong experience in DevOps development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Significant experience as a security-focused developer and DevSecOps practices
- Excellent presentation and briefing skills

Preferred Skills /Qualities

Preferably possess any of the following:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience with AWS/ Azure/ GCP platforms; OR
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields in cyber security industry
- Experience with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting or related topics

In possession of:

- AWS/ Azure/ GCP certification in the DevOps/ Security/ Solution architect space
- CISSP/ DevOps-related certification
- An outstanding open-source contribution available for review
- Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possession of critical thinking and contextual analysis abilities.
