Head Florist

FARM Florist is a rapidly growing online florist in Singapore started by a group of passionate floral hobbyist. Together, we curate the best bouquets. We are always looking grow our family.
- Oversee all aspects of the florist team and stay updated with current floral trends
- Lead and manage team of florists, ensure they are trained, motivated, and supported in their roles.
- Maintain high quality standards in floral design and operational efficiency
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of floral supplies, manage inventory levels, monitor product quality
- Ensure proper handling, care, and maintenance of flowers and floral supplies to meet client's expectations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional florist, with expertise in floral design and arrangement techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of florists
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants and floral supplies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work during peak periods, weekends and holidays, as required.
- Creative flair and ability to design and create unique arrangements

As the Head Florist, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences through the beauty of flowers. Your leadership, creativity, and attention to detail will contribute to the success and reputation of the florist team.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
