Avante Gym & Yoga is a premier fitness and wellness space in Orchard Centrepoint, offering high-quality yoga and fitness classes in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Yoga Manager**to oversee our yoga operations and elevate our members' experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Yoga Program Management**
- Develop and curate a diverse class schedule, ensuring a balance of yoga styles and levels.
- Organize workshops, special events, and retreats to enhance the yoga experience.
- Monitor class attendance and adjust scheduling based on demand.

**Instructor Management**
- Recruit, train, and manage yoga instructors, ensuring high-quality classes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Arrange substitute instructors when needed.

**Member Engagement & Experience**
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for members.
- Gather feedback from members and implement improvements.
- Address any member concerns related to yoga classes.

**Operations & Facility Management**
- Ensure all yoga rooms are well-maintained and equipped.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff for studio upkeep.
- Oversee the inventory of yoga props and supplies.

**Sales & Marketing Support**
- Work with the marketing team to promote yoga programs and events.
- Assist in developing membership and class package strategies.
- Participate in social media promotions, community events, and collaborations.

**Requirements**:
**✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching yoga, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.**
**✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.**
**✔ Passion for health, wellness, and community building.**
**✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.**:
