A beertender who will operate both the back and front of the beer bar, provide support to restaurant operation, provide quality customer-experience, and dispense and manage beer stocks appropriately while adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Main Roles/Responsibilities:

- Accurate cash and credit card handling, and operation of POS system
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of venue
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Manage and ensure smooth daily food and beverage operations
- Interacting with guests to extend further service assistance & maintain good rapport with guests/regulars
- Ensure that site/outlet and equipment are functional and well maintained
- Able to work in a team and has an outgoing personality
- Update knowledge on beer handling, beer profiles, food & beverage pairing and suitable beer menu curation
- Uphold and manage customer expectations and maintain good relations
- Must be committed and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and gets tasks done on time.
- Will carry the responsibility to open and close the outlet when Management is not away.
- Maintain professional appearance, time management skills, strong communication (written, verbal, and listening), and positive attitude.
- Keep up to date of policies and procedures and current developments of laws and restrictions applicable to the service of alcohol, safe food handling, health standards etc.
- Keep the Duty Manager informed of all problems or significant matters, take corrective action when advised to do so.
- Ensure establishment is clean and comply with established sanitation standards, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Accurately taking guest orders for food and drink, checking back to ensure needs are met.
- To prepare full function set-up when necessary and discuss service plan with Superiors.
- To assist Manager on Month end stock closing, inventory and variance reports.
- To be able to do the running of food and drinks in a timely manner & service is maintained to the highest standards set by company SOPs.

Job Requirements:

- Proactive, responsible and a team player
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English language for communication purposes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can start immediately, be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Fresh Graduates/Students/No Experience are all Welcomed

Training will be provided

OPEN 6 Days a Week (Mon Closed)
Weekdays: 3p.m to 12a.m
Weekends: 12noon to 12a.m

Transport reimbursements can be claimed based on shift timings.

**Salary**: $10 - $12/hr (Part-Time)
$2300 - $2800 (Full-Time)
Not Including Tips & Commissions
