**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery and Design**:
- Develop and deliver hands-on training programs focused on **Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)**, **Digital Forensics/Malware Analysis (DF/MA)**, and **Red Teaming**.
- Propose a structured concept and plan to enhance participants’ technical skillsets through guided practices and follow-up recommendations, aligned with the exercise themes specified by CSA for XCS25.
- Use a suitable platform, such as a cyber range or equivalent, to conduct simulations and hands-on exercises. Justify the simulation methods to meet training objectives.
2. **Content Creation and Materials**:
- Prepare and provide all required training materials, including detailed guides for hands-on practices.Develop case studies and scenarios tailored to the exercise themes to facilitate discussions and best practice sharing among participants.
3. **Crisis Communication Training**:
- Design programs to enhance participants' crisis communication skills, focusing on Singapore’s cyber threat landscape and incidents affecting Critical Information Infrastructures (CIIs).
- Provide insights on global crisis communication approaches through case studies, enabling participants to develop SOPs, define reporting channels, and coordinate stakeholder responses effectively.Incorporate strategies for engaging stakeholders through suitable platforms.
- 4. **Post-Training Evaluation**:
- Submit comprehensive post-training reports evaluating participants’ performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Provide recommendations to help participants further develop their skills and preparedness.
- **Requirements**:
- Proven experience in delivering technical cybersecurity training, including CTI, DF/MA, and Red Teaming.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, detection, and recovery techniques.
- Familiarity with cyber ranges or equivalent simulation platforms.
- Expertise in crisis communication approaches and developing SOPs for incident management.
- Excellent skills in preparing training materials, case studies, and reports.
- Ability to tailor training programs to Singapore’s cybersecurity context and regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification(s) in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or OSCP.
- Experience working with government agencies or CIIs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.
