**Responsibilities**:

- DeFi Market Data Infrastructure Development:
Lead the design and development of a high-performance, real-time DeFi market data platform.
Optimize streaming data pipelines to support real-time processing and aggregation of large-scale market data.
Build efficient and flexible APIs to serve market data visualization, analytics, and recommendation use cases.
- Recommendation System Development:
Design and implement recommendation systems tailored for DeFi scenarios, providing personalized recommendations based on user behavior and market data.
Optimize recommendation models using market data to enhance user decision-making and experience.
- Blockchain and DEX Integration:
Integrate with major blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon) to enable real-time on-chain data parsing and aggregation.
Design and implement on-chain DEX data processing algorithms, including AMM models, order book analysis, and liquidity monitoring.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead the backend technical team, setting development goals and technical standards to ensure efficient project delivery.
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and other teams to drive end-to-end solutions.
- Market Trends Analysis and Product Optimization:
Stay up-to-date with trends in the DeFi market and recommendation systems, ensuring the platform maintains a competitive edge.
Propose innovative features and product directions based on user needs and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills:
Proficient in Golang, with solid experience in building high-performance backend systems.
Familiar with streaming data processing technologies (e.g., Flink) to handle large-scale real-time data scenarios.
Knowledgeable in distributed databases (e.g., TiDB) to support large-scale high-concurrency data storage and queries.
Deep understanding of blockchain data parsing and DEX algorithms, including AMM and order book models.
- Recommendation System and Search Optimization Experience:
Experience in developing recommendation systems and designing recommendation logic tailored to DeFi data scenarios.
Familiar with search optimization and personalization to enhance user discovery experiences.
- System Architecture Experience:
Proven experience in designing distributed systems and optimizing high-concurrency architectures.
Skilled in caching mechanisms, microservice architectures, and large-scale API development.
- Leadership and Collaboration Skills:
Experience managing technical teams and leading them to efficiently complete complex tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive projects from design to production.
- Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain ecosystems, and market data operations with a keen sensitivity to decentralized finance business needs.
- **Proficient in chinese in order to alias Mandarin speaking colleagues and customers.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience working with companies such as GMGN, DefiLlama, Debot.ai, DEXscreener, OKX**, or similar.
- Proven achievements in DeFi market data processing, recommendation systems, or market monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g., **Kubernetes**, **Docker**) and DevOps pipelines.
