Housekeeping Supervior

Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health regulations and enforce good safety practices at all times.
- Assist to educate and guide the team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform daily work duties.
- Assist to deploy, assign and inspect work duties under the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor’s guidance and in accordance with the ‘daily inspection checklist’, ensuring cleaning standards are maintained at all times.
- Attend to all feedback and/or complaints promptly and amicably, and assist the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in ensuring investigations, follow up actions and corrective/preventive actions are taken.
- Manage and maintain the cleaning supplies inventory (including consumables, chemicals and equipment) to ensure daily cleaning activities can be executed seamlessly. This includes regular stock take, issuance of cleaning supplies and inventory documentation.
- Ensure all medical claims and/or certificates for the housekeeping team are processed and submitted on a timely basis.
- Request quotations for cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Promote teamwork, quality service and coordination within the team and with other departments.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Head of Facilities.
