Outdoor / Restroom Cleaner

_**This position is open for Singaporean ONLY**_

The cleaner is responsible for carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the designated sites are in clean and orderly condition

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments and/or building areas assigned by the management.
- Carry out general cleaning such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, wash and clean toilets, clearing of rubbish etc.
- Occasionally perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to carpet shampooing, window washing, and high dusting, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness by using appropriate materials, chemical products, tools and equipment.
- Ability to operate cleaning machine necessary.
- Handle and dispose waste according to standard procedures, instructions, and cleaning industry standards.
- Keep track cleaning supplies inventory and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- No minimum education is required.
- Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to Tuas area. (Transport Provided)
- Able to start immediately or short notice of period.
- Regular working hours: Monday to Saturday (6 days work week) - 7am to 3pm
