**Support for Outlets & Franchising**
- Assist in coordinating franchise development activities, including prospect research, franchise agreement preparation, and franchisee communication.

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise markets and analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making.

**Record Keeping & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to franchise agreements, legal documents, and franchisee correspondence.

**Stakeholder & Internal Facilitation**
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the franchise network.

**Administration**
- Provide administrative support to the Franchise Department team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

**Project Management**
- Assist in special projects and initiatives related to franchise expansion, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business (Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
