**Job Description**:

- Work closely with internal business managers to understand and execute on client's job assignment requirements.
- Establish a close relationship and manage external sourcing vendors to make sure they deliver in a timely manner.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teams.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by Managing Director.

To Qualify, individuals should possess:

- Degree qualified.
- Working experience in Asia, having worked on Asia pacific mandates.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience with exposure to vendor management or an RPO role preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to deal with external clients in a professional manner.
- Strong project management skills and experience with process improvement.
- A positive attitude and strong drive to succeed, self-motivated and result driven.
