Singapore Job Alpha Associates Full time

**Client**: Japanese MNC, A1 Main Contractor.

**Salary**: SGD 3.4K, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

HQ / Central Area,
- Reporting to Site location / Tuas.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering, Business Admin, or related discipline
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or inventory and in a Marine or shipyard environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to communicate at all levels effectively with client, supplier, subcontractor, and dredger crew
- Able to work in Tuas Location. The transportation pick-up point is at Joo Koon MRT.
- Able to travel and work overseas and to go on board ship

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuance of Purchaser Order
- Sourcing for a quotation for shipping materials
- Responsible for project materials and machinery sourcing, comparing and negotiating for the best deal
- Liaise with suppliers for all updated information, material, and samples for products
- Responsible to check all order requirements and communicating with suppliers to place orders
- Process site orders and arrange delivery logistics
- Maintain central material price list
