**What the role is**
- You will be working in the Learning Futures Group (LFG), which is a corporate unit within the Civil Service College Singapore (CSC). LFG supports CSC’s goal to be a future-ready centre of learning for the Singapore Public Service by facilitating thinking and understanding of future learning and development trends and working in partnership with other institutes and departments within CSC to advance our efforts to enhance learning and development experiences that CSC delivers.

**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with CSC Institutes on programme design, development, and impact-study / evaluation.
- Identify initiatives and work with partners/stakeholders/users to build CSC capabilities in Learning and Development (L&D).
- Plan and manage L&D capability building projects including - but not limited to - competency framework development, designing learning interventions, conducting/facilitating focused group discussions with a variety of target audience, and crafting think-pieces.

**What we are looking for**
- Curiosity about problems with a high threshold for ambiguity/uncertainty. Motivated to follow analyses to their logical conclusion, and the resourcefulness to navigate prevailing policy context to design and implement effective and timely solutions. Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.
- Ability to communicate complex issues (such as capability-development and capability-building solutions) to a variety of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively within CSC and with external partners.
- Ability to co-facilitate learning experiences using a selected facilitation / learning delivery technique with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and review competency frameworks, tapping on centrally developed WOG/Industry competencies where possible. Experience with utilising and/or designing competency frameworks for capability development will be a plus.
- Experience with working with data, user-experience-design and/or co-creating solutions with end-users will be an advantage.
