**Overall Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide particular expertise in the areas of biopharming upstream cell cultivate, activation and expansion strategy
- Guide and support customers through their product development
- Create documentation and train customers in the use of product deliverable
- Assists the sales department in planning and conducting field and internal training sessions for our products
- Help to improve product qualityYour profile and qualifications:
Required:

- BS/MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Experience should include mRNA vaccine commercial manufacturing process development, Recombinant protein vaccine commercial manufacturing process development, Insulin or blood product commercial manufacturing process development, mAbs product commercial manufacturing process development or related experiences
- Knowledge and experience in upstream production unit such as stainless-steel bioreactor, single use bioreactor, filtration unit
- Willingness to travel 30% or more within your specified geographic region (Asian) and periodic long-distance travels for sales meetings, conferences, tradeshows, training, or other work-related reasons.
- Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishYou might also have
- 5+ years cGMP manufacturing experience is preferred
- Equipment selection for biopharma product commercial manufacturing
- Have experience on URS draft preparation independently
- Have experience on assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements
