Join our dynamic team as a BIM Technician, where you will work alongside experts to create high-quality structural models using advanced BIM software. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of digital models and maintaining compliance with drafting standards and submission guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

**The Opportunity**
- Create and develop 3D models of structures and buildings from 2D information using BIM software.
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align structural data with overall designs.
- Manage BIM information in a Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to QA/QC protocols.
- Ensure that all BIM models are accurate, comprehensive, and meet project requirements.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Strong technical background in CAD/BIM with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major 3D BIM software and a good understanding of BIM processes.
- Knowledge of Civil and Structural engineering, including authority submission requirements and experience with Corenet-X.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities demonstrated through experience in small to medium projects as a Lead Technician.
