Advisory Consultant, Archer Professional Services

**Overview**:
RSA Archer Professional Services is focused on helping our customers achieve a return on their investment in the Archer product, through the end-to-end delivery of consulting and technical solutions.

The Advisory Consultant has end-to-end responsibility for delivery of Archer solutions to assigned customers. The Advisory Consultant must demonstrate deep understanding of the Archer platform, GRC domains, system architecture and Internet technology. The role performs a variety of complicated tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This role will report up to the APJ Professional Services Practice Manager, under the Archer business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead workshops to capture the customer’s business processes and requirements and transform them into a comprehensively designed solution in line with Archer design best practices.
- Implement and deploy enterprise software solutions, including on-site implementations where appropriate.
- Assist with transitioning solutions to business-as-usual operations, including change management, knowledge sharing, documentation, issue resolution, and support transition activities.
- Provide Archer consulting services such as roadmaps and solution optimisation to customers and partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities, assist with scoping estimates, and project management activities.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues in the Archer business unit.

**Core Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, in a technical discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Thorough understanding of enterprise security best practices and GRC domains.
- Expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.
- Background in consulting at a variety of companies in various industries including but not limited to Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Statutory organizations
- Expert consulting, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Previous Archer configuration and implementation experience is expected. This should include operational risk, audit, IT risk, policy, and compliance management, and with exposure to areas such as business continuity, incident management, vendor risk, asset management, and security operations
- An excellent understanding of business processes, web forms-based data capture, workflow, data integration (e.g. CSV, XML, API), and databases (preferably SQL)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM
- Agile/Iterative and Waterfall project experience
