Full Time Store Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**
GRD CTRL Cafe & Bar is a new establishment located in a quaint neighbourhood in the heart of Katong. We believe in developing long-lasting relationships with our customers, through good food, good drinks, and even better customer service. We provide a friendly and vibrant work environment through coaching, training, and development programs, with an emphasis on our staff's personal growth.
As a store manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of different tasks, such as day-to-day opening and closing, F&B preperations, and providing a great customer service experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare food and beverages according to our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes
- Upkeep and maintain station and store cleanliness
- Compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls
- Cash handling and taking orders from our customers
- Upkeep equipment and maintenance, troubleshoot if necessary
- Any other adhoc duties base on operational needs
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Preferably with some experience as service staff in F&B related industry
- With some experience as a Barista with basic latte art skills is a plus
- No experience are welcome
