This well established Broking firm is hiring for a Chief Executive Officer, based in Singapore.

**Your new role**

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the management and direction of the company towards its primary goals and objectives. Working with the Board of Directors and General Managers, you will adopt a strategic and operational approach to successfully grow this business across the South East Asia region.
You will also be responsible for representing this company to shareholders, internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need at least 5-8 years of General Management experience within a broking firm or within the insurance industry, the ability to communicate as a leader, a strong understanding of Insurance Broking practices. You will also need excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take responsibility for the profit and loss of the business.
