**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PAM Solution Design**: Design and implement sustainable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk, translating access rights requirements into effective configurations.
- **Configuration and Documentation**: Configure, test, and document CyberArk solutions in collaboration with the PAM Product Manager, ensuring comprehensive training and knowledge transfer.
- **User Collaboration**: Engage with product managers, architects, and users to refine role and authorization (R&A) requirements, conducting workshops and user tests to validate PAM designs.
- **Product Support**: Provide Level 3 support, overseeing user acceptance testing and facilitating training sessions. Support users post-implementation and manage change requests.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain up-to-date documentation of the IAM product, including user guides and functional specifications, while proactively identifying improvements for user experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or Design; CyberArk/PAM certification is mandatory. ITIL certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within international organizations, with strong experience in implementing CyberArk/PAM solutions and conducting rollouts.
- Extensive knowledge of PAM and CyberArk, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and provide knowledge transfer.
- Must be able to accommodate European working hours for project collaboration and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of SoD concepts is a bonus.
