Join our client's dynamic project team as a CAD Drafter and play a key role in turning design concepts into precise, detailed construction drawings of luxury residential properties.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their high-end projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce accurate CAD drawings and plans in line with project specifications, building codes and premium design standards
- Translate design concepts into technical drawings for construction implementation of landed properties
- Revise and update drawings based on project changes or site feedback
- Maintain organized drawing documentation for smooth project workflow
- Support material take-offs and specification checks for accuracy
- Coordinate drawings with contractors and consultants for seamless project delivery

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role in construction projects, preferably with exposure to luxury residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting and design software
- Strong technical drawing and spatial visualization skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and a proactive team player
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
