Would you like to join a dynamic marketing team that is focused on delivering bar raising customer reference content? Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing professional to join our AWS Global Customer References Team.

The AWS Global Customer References Team is responsible for telling the story of how cloud technology is transforming the world - from the largest enterprises to the hottest startup. The Customer Reference Manager showcases the success of AWS customers and inspires other AWS customers by working with our global marketing teams to generate awareness and earn trust for AWS through strategic, high-impact customer content and promotion. For the purpose of continuously improving our strategies based on data insights, the team prioritizes reporting and analytics and strengthens our capabilities to track the use and performance of customer content in programs and campaigns in multiple languages and formats.

This role brings our high content bar to GCRP programs. With the ability to shape messaging and create compelling stories, this role will help bring to life the stories of our customers - and help others up level their reference content.
