**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Marketing Head-of-Department (HOD) with the preparation of creative assets for marketing campaigns (promotion, banner upload, page monitoring, newsletters).
- Preparing analysis and reports for team sharing and preparing after-action reviews.
- Performing administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Marketing HOD.
- Conceptualise and implement marketing campaigns and activities to build and maintain high brand awareness.
- Manage brand initiatives across digital marketing, social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Conducting research on current and future trends in the industry to fine-tune marketing plans.
- Developing advertising copy and editorial content for advertisements.
- Planning and executing marketing videos for advertising campaigns and brand awareness.
- Working closely with in-house designer to develop marketing materials.
- Liaise with operations team in the execution of in-shop promotional campaigns, BTL promotions.
- Monitor and ensure that set KPIs are met by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, events and promotions.
- Track and analyse competitor activity.
- Other ad hoc and administrative support as required.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution in marketing, business or data science.
- Organised and highly motivated, quick learner.
- High level of independence and ability to lead a team in the future.
- Preferably with experience in implementing branding or advertising on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google and Instagram) and e-commerce website.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel skills and basic knowledge of HTML.
- Good IT and numerical skills
- Previous WordPress experience is an advantage.

**Language Requirement**:

- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Korean.

**Experience**:

- Relevant B2C advertising: 2 years (preferred)
- E-Commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
