**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with cross-functional departments to support business to plan, execute, implement and enhance in-house and retail systems
- Administer the launching of new front end or back-end systems, IT relevant projects, resources and vendor management
- To ensure that the communication links between the various departments and retail stores are in optimal working condition, including maintaining and managing an effective fault reporting system
- To maintain and ensure system security and data integrity
- Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company
- Administer and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure on routers, wireless AP, firewall and others
- Keep track and update IT hardware and software assets
- Responsible to ensure the accuracy of all necessary analysis tools and report that provide to management for analysis in optimal decision-making
- Any other duties as and when assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or equivalent
- Proven implementation experience of ERP/ accounting system
- Must have experience in Retail/ FMCG
- Experience working with Planning, Merchandising, Allocations and Warehouse Management and Retail POS Systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical fashion
- Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively
- Strong integration skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of project
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, set appropriate priorities and manage timelines effectively while paying strict attention to detail
- Proven track record of building and overseeing the development of technological product and had helmed a completed digital/ technological transformation project, with full system and product ownership
- Strong knowledge of technology in all areas: systems development/ architecture, security, databases and to be able to oversee, manage and bring together all technology areas
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
