**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- A Mortgage Retention Specialist must be proactive and customer-focused. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging existing mortgage customers to retain their Mortgage by provide repricing options, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage lifecycle. Cross-selling will also be a part of a key-focus.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively contact existing mortgage customers approaching lock-in expiry or repricing eligibility - Offer tailored solutions, including repricing or restructuring options - Handle customer queries related to mortgage rates, terms, and account servicing - Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Credit, Product, Sales) to support customer needs - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends - Actively cross-sell relevant bank products and services to existing mortgage customers to increase overall product holding and deepen customer relationships - Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
