**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a polished, attentive, and culturally aware **Waiter/Waitress**to deliver exceptional service in our Chinese fine dining establishment. You will be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through an elevated dining experience with grace, product knowledge, and sensitivity to tradition and etiquette.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Service Excellence**:

- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service from seating to bill presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
- Maintain poise and discretion when serving VIPs or during formal dining occasions.

**2. Menu & Product Knowledge**:

- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and regional Chinese cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Shanghainese).
- Suggest wine, tea pairings, and specialty items confidently.
- Accurately take and relay orders, ensuring proper pronunciation and dish understanding.

**3. Dining Etiquette & Presentation**:

- Serve dishes in accordance with Chinese fine dining customs (e.g., presenting and serving shared dishes, using the correct order of service).
- Ensure proper use of utensils, hot towel service, and tea rituals when required.
- Support special presentations such as table-side carving or pouring Chinese teas.

**4. Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with hosts, kitchen, and fellow service staff for seamless service.
- Communicate guest preferences or allergies clearly with kitchen and manager.
- Assist with resetting tables, clearing courses, and maintaining a tidy floor.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining.
- Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and service etiquette preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, refined environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
