PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
APJ Transformation Office is an organization focused on identifying and driving simplification, agility, and innovations to support our transition to a Cloud First organization. We are looking for a well-rounded individual, with strong business acumen who is ready to lead and shape APJ’s journey to a fully Cloud business.

As part of a cross-functional team he/she will be responsible for initiating, promoting, and coordinating the implementation of best practices, innovations, new processes, and tools on global, regional and market unit level. Reporting to the Head of APJ Transformation Office, he/she will act as a trusted advisor and change agent to guide the organization to the next level of maturity and ensure tangible and sustainable results.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Strategy & Transformation Project Lead will partner closely with the global and regional leadership as well as with the different teams and their ecosystem. He/she should possess ability to connect with and influence senior leaders by providing different perspectives on the challenge at hand with sound business justifications. He/she should also be able to capture, analyze and synthesize information quickly, developing frameworks and structured recommendations on how to proceed and manage the business forward.

The Strategy & Transformation Project Lead will be involved in wide-range topics, and must show an intellectual curiosity, and desire to learn how other parts of our business function and connect to each other. In close collaboration with those teams, he/she will drive and coordinate key initiatives to improve the relevance, impact, agility and responsiveness.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Largely leading virtual teams, he/she must be able to comfortably navigate within different geographic regions, cultural situations, and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders without “ownership” of the local resources. This will require:

- Strong leadership skills in virtual, multidisciplinary environments
- Capability to influence teams of high caliber people for change
- Excellent presentation and communication skills on executive level
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical business acumen
- Sound understanding of presales and sales processes in the software industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and ideally a second language spoken in APJ

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Solid professional experience ideally sales, ICA or other sales supporting functions, or strategy
- Experience in top management consulting and/or industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record of management and leadership of organizations
- Project and change management experience
- Understanding of role of IT in business
- Master’s degree and/or and Degree of top tier business school

Singapore (preferred) & Other locations in APJ possible
