**About the Company**:

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a proactive **Export Executive **to support our client’s operations, driving customer success.
- Own and manage the end-to-end export process;
- Engage in the preparation of compliance and customs documentation for export of goods;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good flow of information and updates;
- Act as main point of contact for clients providing timely updates on shipments;
- Develop strong customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service;
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations;
- Maintain process and client documentation;
- Liaise with inventory and purchasing departments on stocks.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience managing export processes;
- Experience preparing customs and compliance documentation;
- Strong understanding of export procedures and requirements;
- Excellent attention to detail with good time management skills;
- Excellent customer service attitude with strong drive for customer satisfaction;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
