This Digital Platform Director will be responsible to lead in the design and implementation of digital platform and solutions to support all digitalization initiatives. You will work with the delivery teams providing technical, conducting in-depth market research on forefront technologies, digital initiatives and related tools; preparing business engagement and “go to market” plan.-
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Review business context for solutions to business requirements as well as defining the technical vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the optimal motion, and developing the implementation roadmap for the selected solution.
- Manage activities that take place during the solution ideation, design and implementation. This will include collaborating with the other health and healthcare entities.
- Assess the As-Is systems architecture and working with project team to recommend solutions to improve or replace it.
- Communicate the technical solution to the stakeholders and collaborate/coordinate with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
- Determine resource requirements to deliver the work plans and strategies, and work with stakeholders to acquire these resources.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong technical skills in mobile domain - front end must integrate with back-end; propose interfaces.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to identify problems and propose resolutions
- Ability to work independently and collaborative with other teams when required.
- Strong interest towards forefront technology and digital initiatives in the industry.
- Strong understanding of cyber security

At least 5 years' experience as Technology Consultant or equivalent role with at least 2 years' experience in any of the areas below:

- _ RPA delivery_
- _ Commercial Cloud implementation_
- _Modern technology stack_
