**What will you be doing?**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Asia, this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on role and requires an individual who is not afraid to take a challenge and turn it into an opportunity.
- Manage event logistics, including but not limited to researching venues, negotiating costs, catering, shipping, collateral displays, signage, audio/visual, on-site staffing, list acquisitions, reciprocal web links, etc.
- Coordinate and manage industry product/services marketing events from start to finish.
- Responsible for set-up, support and execution of various industry events including, but not limited to, trade shows, conferences, training workshops, forums, networking receptions, media partnerships, etc.
- Coordinate event logistics, including but not limited to researching venues, negotiating costs, catering, shipping, collateral printing/displays, signage, audio/visual, on-site staffing, list acquisitions, reciprocal web links, restocking/ordering promo items, etc.
- Perform essential day-to-day administrative duties, including data processing, business card scanning and printings.
- Work closely with product marketer and in-house designer for marketing collateral.
- Implement an inventory management system (excel) for tracking cost, artwork and inventory for marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with product marketers/vendors to include marketing collaterals in ensuring quality.
- Support marketing management in tracking Asia marketing expenses, reconciliation and monthly reporting and updates
