1. Role Description:
This position leads and sets strategic directions for the security agency or security department. He/she plans directs and monitors the security operations. He/she manages the resources of the security agency or security department. He/she may oversee response to incidents design contingency plans and develop security plans for his/her customers.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee will be able to develop and update training plans for security personnels to ensure that they are well prepared and are able to respond to any security issues that occur during activation. Trainee will also be able to guide personnels on how to interact with visitors and suspicious individuals.
2.Trainee will be able to review the work performance of security team and establish areas of improvement for each personnel. Trainee will also be able to guide and motivate each personnel to achieve the best of their abilities and in turn ensure client satisfaction is met in terms of security services provided by the company.
3.Trainee will be able to provide and implement security and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors as well as clients that requested for security services provided by the company.
4.Trainee will be able to respond to medical emergencies to call for emergency hotlines as well as to provide first aid and support as needed until medical personnel arrives.
5.Trainee will learn to be able to prepare all necessary reports such as incidents record and security reports to provide data and insight into each operations as well as for future references for improvement and corrective actions needed to be taken.
6.Trainee will be able to conduct regular security patrollling around the facility as well as during client activation to check and ensure that security personnels' performance is up to standard as well as other security-related matters.
