In line with Panerai’s expansion and growth in the SEA region, we are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager who will be responsible for the 360 business development of the territory.
Reporting into the Commercial Director - South East Asia, the Commercial Manager’s main mission is to propose and execute a relevant strategy in the market to meet set objectives. To ensure that all areas in External Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail, Marketing and People Management are optimized to spur Panerai’s growth in SEA.

**OBJECTIVES**
- Drive sales objectives in SEA focusing on Malaysia, Singapore partners and Export markets.
- Execution & monitoring of Retailization plans and driving KPIs.
- Building strong partnerships with both internal and external commercial stakeholders
- Maintain and improve the overall brand visibility and clienteling culture in SEA
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**SALES**
- Drive targeted actions to achieve the sales target and objectives of each territory
- Coach Boutique Managers and put in place an action plan per Boutique/Retail Partner to drive sell out
- Identify strategic & tactical opportunities to improve & leverage sales
- Develop, maintain & leverage relationships with local/regional business partners
- Optimize brand visibility in all boutiques and POS making sure corporate guidelines are adhere to
- Stay abreast of competitors’ performance & activities, propose counter actions and feedback
- Propose clienteling plan actions, local initiatives and actions that are in line with brand standards, and add value to the business
**360 COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS**
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and product assortments to drive the business:
- (Top30, Model Stock, MATCH, ICON) at BTQ/POS level
- Regular business review & meetings with SEA team on stock needs
- Ownership of Retailisation: action plans, KPIs and coaching:
- Monitoring of Aged Stocks
- Automatic Replenishments in POS channel
- Model Stock monitoring
- Product Assortments - Best sellers, Top 30 in line with HQ, ICON
- Manual Ordering
- Booster coordination
- PamGuard support and ensuring 100% registration rate at all POS
- Weekly update on sales progress, monthly sales report and retailization status
- Support BTQ/POS on CRM & Clienteling tools
- Support the regional office marketing plan with Internal & External stakeholders ensuring initiatives executed in line with commercial strategies
- Work closely with SEA Marketing team to improve brand visibility in stores and end clients needs.
- Coordinate with local marketing VM on BTQ/POS maintenance needs
- Projection of yearly/adhoc POSM orders for BTQ/POS in the region
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience in a sales / account management role, watch/luxury industry will be an advantage
- Strong project management skills, analytical, planning and organization skills, well versed in MS Office
- Excellent people management skills, works as a team and independent
- Agile worker, comfortable with aggressive targets and tight deadlines
- Responsive with good time management
- Good communication skills, fluent in both written & spoken English and a local Asian dialect an advantage
