Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints.
- Document functional requirements related to Sales & Distribution and basic CRM and Logistics Execution (like Transport Management) business processes.
- Advise clients on solution directions and the move to the new technologies (S4 HANA), other Manufacturing, Planning and MES solutions.
- Development of Prototypes/Proof-of-Concepts.
- Customizing of the SAP S4 HANA SD module and integration with other modules.
- Design organizational structure and Key data elements.
- Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team.
- Define and execute tests scenarios.
- Training of key-users and or business users.
- Develop solutions and proposals, functional fitment and value differentiation for SAP SD and related modules.
- Involve in solution demo and technical presentations.
- Assist in developing the practice and related skills and assets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SAP SD implementation projects of at least 8 years with 3 years of S4HANA implementations experience with atleast 2 E2E implementation cycles.
- Preference for relevant SAP Certification.
- Broad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consulting.
- Successfully completed a bachelor or master studies in IT, Engineering or Manufacturing Supply Chain.
- Experience in a client facing role preferably with an ASEAN based Consulting firm Desired Background.Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, detail-orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure.
- Having interdisciplinary background and industry knowledge to work with a diverse range of companies.
