We offer a portfolio of products and classes including Vispark Spark Math (Math curriculum based in Singapore Math), Spark Chinese, and Allschool (an online class platform connecting teachers and learners). **Main Responsibilities** - Lead the Spark Finance BP, FP & A and SEA regional finance teams - Manage business development initiatives to achieve growth aspirations - Validate viability of business models (ROI, IRR, Payback period) - Create new business analytical modeling, validate project assumptions, and secure Finance alignment among multi-function team - Lead the creation of 5 years strategic growth plan, annual operating budgets, and monthly rolling forecasts - Translate business strategies into actionable financial plans for the organization - Update management reports to track critical business drivers and provide in-depth analysis to management team for any deviation - Direct analyses towards key areas of business performance to unlock insights for the organization and capture emerging opportunities - Assimilate financial and non-financial information to influence short, medium, and long-range decision making - Responsible for board communication and board meeting - Responsible to build and grow organization via recruitment and organization development **Requirements**: - 12 years minimum financial management role work experience. Experience covering finance BP/ FP&A/ reporting/ controllership is preferred - Experience with financial models and planning is critical. Education industry & internet industry financial planning experience is preferred - Lead the creation of 5 year strategic plan, annual operating budgets, and rolling forecasts - Ability to define business KPIs, measure results, and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization - Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese Mandarin - Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders - Proven experience with board and shareholder communication - Embrace and model Spark culture and value
