Minimum 6 ans
- Minimum 5 years (AD/ VP or equivalent level) of relevant experience in project finance / direct investment in the infrastructure / renewables sector
- Extensive knowledge of the renewables market. Offshore wind knowledge will be a plus
- Master degree in finance or economics
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, in both oral and written forms
- Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, autonomy
- Fluency in English, experience working in multi-cultural / multi-site environment

**Activités**

Transversal collaboration and internal processes
- Supervises more junior members of the team in the elaboration of internal committee presentations to senior management in relation to internal committees decision
- Acts as a resource person for more junior members of the Structured Financing Team
- Regularly shares experiences and knowledge with the team to continuously improve the quality of investment management and transactions completed
- Works on a cross-functional basis with other teams of the Total Group

Building and running project financial models
- Ensures that adequate support is being provided to Business Development to assess the project economics of new opportunities.
- Supervises junior members of the team in the elaboration of financial models developed and maintained for each project
- Works with cross-functional teams and Business entities to ensure timely completion of valuations, due diligence and integration planning, proposes standard reference valuation models

Bankability analysis ( including the structuring of the project and the project documentation)
- In full coordination with internal divisions (notably tax and accounting, legal..) and external advisors,, lead the various due diligence with the objective to confirm a sound risk allocation for the projects, in line with the project finance/structured finance practice
- Leads the early identification of sources of financing and structures of available to projects (using recourse, limited-recourse, full recourse debt structures)

Financing process
- Leads the structuring, financing and re-financing of renewables projects
- Drives the negotiations with financing institutions

Managing restructured projects on the economic and financial aspects
- Identifies opportunities of assets rotations, monetization of committed projects, equity injection into renewables projects

**Contexte et environnement**- GRP/REN is TotalEnergies’ Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewables projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.
